Babies love music—and they’re born ready to make it. From lullabies to bouncing to a favorite song, music is one of the earliest ways babies connect, communicate, and learn.

The Music Together® Babies Class is specially designed for pre-crawling babies (around 8 months and younger) and the parents and caregivers who want to support their child’s musical development from the very beginning—no musical experience required.

In this 45-minute weekly class, families sing, move, and play together in a warm, supportive environment, guided by an early childhood music specialist. Activities provide rich, sensory music and movement experiences that engage the whole brain—while being joyful for babies and grown-ups alike.

Families receive the same music book used in all our Music Together^® classes, plus an additional booklet created specifically for parents of newborns and infants, with insights into infant development and simple ideas to use at home. You’ll meet other families, build confidence as a musical parent, and delight in your child’s rapid musical growth as they prepare to move into our mixed-ages classes.
